We established Forge Recruitment Group to showcase our personal values in an industry we love, and is often treated with little respect. Rather than be a reactive agency placing the first CV we receive, we want to work in partnership with our clients, helping plan and deliver their projects on time and safely, to a high standard.​

 

We believe in honesty, integrity and transparency, working in collaborative relationships, offering something most other agencies cannot. If that means advising our clients on current market rates and increases during summer shut downs we will be upfront and realistic.
